Responsibilities Safely operate high reach forklifts to move, load, and unload goods within the warehouse. Conduct careful and accurate order picking to meet quality standards and customer expectations. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Maintain inventory accuracy by regularly updating records and conducting periodic stock checks. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless operations and address any challenges promptly. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to optimize efficiency. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Report and document any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to ensure timely repairs. Qualifications Valid LF License and demonstrated experience in high reach forklift operation. Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check or willingness to obtain one. Proven experience in order picking and working within high-volume warehouse operations. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a diverse team. Commitment to promoting a culture of safety, diversity, and inclusion. Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting and moving heavy items, as required. Positive attitude and adaptability to change in a fast-paced environment.
