About the Role This hands-on position involves a mix of forklift operation, batching, and manual labour. You’ll be working in a fast-paced production environment with a strong focus on quality and safety. Location: Dandenong VIC 3175. Shift Details - Monday to Friday - 8:00am – 4:00pm Sample daily tasks: 8:00am–10:00am: Shovelling approx. 1–2 cubic metres of fish bones 10:00am–12:00pm: Equipment cleaning 12:00pm–4:00pm: Forklift operation Key Responsibilities Operate forklift and production machinery safely Batch and blend raw materials Conduct quality checks on in-process and finished goods Perform manual tasks: shovelling, sweeping, cleaning Maintain a clean and organised workspace Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets Requirements Valid Forklift Licence (mandatory) Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour Manufacturing or production experience preferred Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Team-oriented with good communication skills Join a company making a positive environmental impact while building your skills in a supportive team environment.
