6-month contract Hybrid Newcastle role (3 days onsite per week) What’s in it for you? You'll be collaborating with a high-performing tech team driving a major network consolidation and security uplift. You’ll work hands-on across Cisco, Palo Alto, and hybrid cloud environments, helping build a robust, secure, and scalable network across multiple NSW sites. What you’ll be doing: Support consolidation of multiple networks and telephony systems Deliver secure network solutions with internal and external teams Implement and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls Support Palo Alto firewalls and DR initiatives Contribute to data centre reduction and network optimisation Troubleshoot, document, and improve BAU network operations Experience required: Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and supporting complex network environments Strong hands-on Cisco expertise (switching, routing, firewalls) Exposure to Palo Alto or similar enterprise security solutions Solid background in network security, DR, and performance optimisation Experience working with third-party vendors on design and delivery Any exposure to network consolidation or large-scale transformation projects highly regarded About the team: You’ll be joining a supportive and experienced infrastructure team that’s focused on delivering secure and scalable solutions.
