Description We are looking for a passionate Dietitian to join our supportive allied health team and help clients achieve their health and wellbeing goals through evidence-based nutrition care. In this role, you will: Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalised care plans. Provide practical, evidence-based dietary advice and counselling. Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals. Educate clients, families, and staff on healthy eating and lifestyle practices. Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to team meetings. Qualifications Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with Dietitians Australia (or eligibility to apply). Tertiary qualification in Nutrition & Dietetics. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Dietitian (community or aged care preferred). Strong communication and counselling skills. Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle. National Police Check (current). First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Preferred Skills A passion for delivering high-quality, client-focused care .
