Holy Cross Catholic Primary School, Kincumber is currently seeking a School Services Officer to join our professional and passionate administration team on a temporary, part time (0.1FTE) basis for Term 4 only. Specific Criteria Be highly effective, skilled administration services/support officer with experience in a busy dynamic office environment Possess high level interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, and the ability to develop positive relationships with staff, student, parents/carers and community members Be familiar with various software packages which may include but not limited to Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Compass Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills Be task focused with attention to detail and flexibility regarding duties Be able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic professional learning community Have a valid First Aid Certificate (desirable) Knowledge in use of SAS eg: inputting student, parent, staff information Preparing newsletter Knowledge in use of Compass Receipting Bpays How do I apply?
