We seek an energetic, strong leader who can: collaborate with the Executive and senior leadership provide strategic and operational oversight of the St Peters Campus drive innovation to lead student attraction and retention strengthen the Campus connections within the local community promote the Campus within the marketplace. This role requires demonstrated leadership, active participation, and a strong presence at all College events, activities and community engagement initiatives. The Principal is a member of the College Executive Team which leads Concordia College in all visionary, strategic, management and operational aspects of the life of the College. The Principal is the leader of the Campus Leadership Team where members collaborate over the developments, progress and daily operation of St Peters Campus, bringing the College’s vision and mission to a reality. The Principal has a key role to play in enhancing students’ wellbeing and works closely with staff and parents to support positive student experiences and outcomes.
