This role is ideal for someone passionate about person-centred care, especially supporting clients with complex needs. You’ll mentor staff, guide behaviour support strategies, and work closely with clients and their networks to ensure safety, inclusion, and positive outcomes. Duties Deliver tailored support for clients with complex needsLead behaviour support and crisis management strategiesMentor and guide staff to build a high-performing teamEngage clients and families to align services with individual goalsAdvocate for client rights and maintain accurate documentationEnsure compliance with NDIS standards and policies Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience in high-intensity, person-centred disability supportStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to mentor and model best practiceCertificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent)Current NSW Working with Children’s Check, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, First Aid, and Driver’s Licence Desirable Experience leading complex care reviewsKnowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and legislative requirements About Us For over 65 years, Challenge Community Services has provided disability services, foster care, allied health, and supported employment.
