In this role, you’ll provide person-centred assessment and intervention across multiple funding streams, including NDIS, NIISQ, HCP, and DVA. Performance-Based Bonuses: between 5% - 10% of base salary, quarterly reviewed Travel Reimbursement: $0.92 per km for approved work-related travel. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and developed tailored intervention plans for complex clients under NDIS, NIISQ, HCP, and DVA. Provide high-level, evidence-based occupational therapy services aimed at maximising client independence and quality of life. Collaborate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic, person-centred approach. Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in line with each funding body’s requirements. Contribute to service innovation, quality improvement, and the overall growth of The Brainwell Collective. Provide supervision to team members with lesser experience. About You Qualifications & Registration: Recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration. Funding Scheme Expertise: Experience working with NDIS and familiarity with NIISQ, HCP, or DVA processes is highly desirable. Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, carers, and professional networks. Organised & Self-Directed: Adept at managing your caseload and meeting deadlines, while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
