What you will bring to the role Tertiary Qualification in Social Work and eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) Demonstrated understanding of Aged Care Social Work within a Hospital environment Demonstrated high level communication, report writing and computer skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a part of a Multidisciplinary team. Demonstrated understanding of psychosocial stressors that could impact on the admission. Basic knowledge of My Aged Care, Carers Gateway, NSW Civil Administrative Tribunal - Guardianship Division, National Disability Insurance Scheme, the Ageing and Disability Commission and Residential Aged Care. Demonstrated capacity to Link theory and practice Current unrestricted driver's license and willingness to travel for work.
