As an administrative officer in the Education Department, you are a vital member of the learning management team. The administrative officer responsibilities encompass a high-level customer service with accurate collection of critical data and efficient administration processes to support staff and departmental & organisational requirements for accreditation. This role will require you to be an excellent communicator, using these skills to provide direct support and collaboration with the nursing and medical education teams. This role involves working closely with a team and liaising with clients, visitors, staff, health professionals and other agencies (PMCV, ACCRM, Local Health Area Networks and a variety of training providers). Excellent problem solving, multi-tasking and organizational skills are essential with strong customer service priority and great communication skills. About you: Academic/Specialist/Trades Qualifications/Registrations (desirable): Cert III or Cert IV in Business administration or similar qualification Medical Terminology certificate Work Experience & Skills (desirable): Confident Communicator Experience in generating reports & undertaking audits Be able to work independently and organize own workload giving regard to tasks that are time critical.
