Responsibilities: Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and efficient manner. Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring prompt and effective solutions. Provide advice to customers regarding grease trap issues, including compliance with occupational health & safety regulations. Monitor and respond to emails in shared inboxes, maintaining timely and clear communication. Schedule and confirm regular service bookings. Handle dispute resolution with a focus on customer satisfaction and service integrity. Update service records with relevant information such as purchase orders, access requirements, etc. Required: Experienced in Contact Centre operations, confident using CRM platforms such as Salesforce. Experience with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good work ethic & understanding the importance of turning up to work everyday. Commitment to safety. Self-motivated.
