About the role We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team and make sure our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day warehouse tasks, including picking, packing and dispatching orders, handling stock, and keeping things organised. This is a hands-on role suited to someone reliable, organised, and happy to roll up their sleeves. As our business grows, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility and grow with the role. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with accuracy and care Book and coordinate couriers to ensure timely delivery Manage stock in the warehouse, including monitoring levels and assisting with replenishment Handle returns and exchanges efficiently Keep the warehouse tidy, organised, and safe Assist with basic record-keeping (stock movements, courier bookings, order tracking) Support process improvements as we scale About you 1–3 years’ experience in a warehouse, fulfilment, logistics, or storeperson role Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable using basic technology (order systems, courier platforms, spreadsheets) Physically capable of handling stock (lifting, packing, moving boxes) A team player who enjoys working in a small, fast-moving business A forklift license is not required .
