We are seeking experienced Operators in dairy or food manufacturing to join a leading name in the dairy industry. In this role, you’ll operate and maintain specialised dairy equipment, including spray dryers , while ensuring consistent product quality, hygiene, and safety. Work with a reputable and growing dairy manufacturer. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor dairy processing machinery, including spray dryers, pasteurisers, and packing lines . Conduct routine checks, minor troubleshooting, and adjustments to maintain consistent product quality. Perform tasks across packing, labelling, and palletising lines for efficient production. Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and GMP standards. Accurately complete batch records and production documentation. Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to resolve issues and minimise downtime. Key Requirements: Experience operating machinery in dairy or food manufacturing. Hands-on experience with spray dryers and other dairy processing equipment. Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety, and hygiene practices. Mechanical aptitude with ability to perform minor maintenance. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Physically fit and comfortable in a fast-paced production environment.
