What You Will Be Doing: This role involves assisting the buyer in completing and executing long- and short-term strategies, supporting stores with a variety of queries and requests, and maintaining data, loading promotions, reporting, and managing samples. Product registration & placement of purchase orders using SAP Managing the sample process, critical path, production schedules, and freight timelines Anticipate, identify & promptly communicate any production or product delivery issues to the Buyer/Product Manager Communicate effectively with our merchandise team, factories, brand trade partners, as well as our internal support team to build and maintain relationships Populate and manage marketing briefs, identifying key promotional lines with buyer, proofing and signing off catalogues & EDMs Online content management, updating new style information, images, and product features Contribute to building apparel & accessory ranges with the Product Team Assist Buyer in the sampling approval process & quality control checks Supporting the Product Team with administrative needs About You: Previous experience in a Buying Assistant, Production Assistant, or Supply Coordinator role Qualification or knowledge of Textiles or Fashion is advantageous Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, with experience in SAP & BI, a bonus Proactive, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong time management skills Great attention to detail & high level of accuracy Ability to be highly commercial and make sound decisions Positive and collaborative working dynamic Passion for the outdoors How to Apply: Please complete our online application form and submit your up-to-date resume.
