We are seeking a dedicated Area Manager with renewable energy experience (Heat Pumps, Solar) to oversee the performance, development, and day-to-day operations of our partners and account managers. Reporting directly to the GM of Powerbay, this role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine passion for people, processes, products, and renewable energy solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards across all partners. • Drive partner performance through effective coaching, training, and goal-setting initiatives. • Conduct regular partner visits, audits, and performance reviews to identify opportunities and provide guidance. • Collaborate with support teams—including Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain—to resolve challenges and enhance operational efficiencies. • Manage partner onboarding and lead major operational rollouts within your region. • Support partner teams and mobile account managers nationwide, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. • Leverage your renewable energy expertise to educate customers, promote products, and support sales growth in renewable energy solutions. What We’re Looking For: • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage partners at all levels. • Commercial acumen with a customer-centric approach and deep understanding of renewable energy products, particularly solar solutions. • Hands-on operator who leads by example and is comfortable working directly with partners. • Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, renewable energy, and building positive partner relationships. • Flexibility to travel across your region, supporting partners as needed, including after-hours visits and occasional nights away.
