About Your New Role As a vital member of our Open Minds Team, you'll be assisting our clients with complex needs in the Ipswich region and surroundings. Our Support Workers drive our frontline services, delivering exceptional care and innovative strategies to help clients reach their full potential. Each day will be unique, but shifts may include assistance with mental health challenges, personal care, household duties, and medication management. Above all, you will provide companionship and build meaningful, caring relationships.
