About the Role We are looking for a hands-on and customer-focused Parts / Service Manager to join our team. This role is central to our operations — acting as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring the smooth flow of workshop bookings, and managing parts ordering and stock control. Key Responsibilities Front of house: greeting customers and handling enquiries Ordering motorcycle parts and accessories Entering invoices and maintaining accurate records Following up with suppliers regarding deliveries Booking jobs into the workshop and coordinating schedules Organising and preparing parts for upcoming service jobs Ensuring excellent customer service at every step Skills & Experience Previous experience in a service or parts role (motorcycle, automotive, or similar industry preferred) Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a service or parts role (motorcycle, automotive, or similar industry preferred) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment Competence with basic computer systems and invoicing software Competence with basic computer systems, invoicing software, and ideally parts management systems (training provided if needed) Knowledge of motorcycles and mechanical parts (advantageous but not essential) Australian working rights or valid work visa Experience with inventory management and stock control processes
