This full-time, on-site position is based in Brisbane and ideal for an experienced travel professional ready to combine team leadership with active travel consulting. About the Role Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of a high-performing reservations team. You'll mentor consultants, monitor service levels, and ensure business KPIs are met-while also managing your own client bookings from enquiry to post-travel follow-up.
