Located in Mount Waverly , our client is a well-established ductwork manufacturing company who now have an opportunity for an experienced 1st Class MIG Welder to join the team! This role involves High-quality welding and fabrication of Sheetmetal duct components. Hours: Day shift (9AM - 5PM) Weekend work available Key Responsibilities: As part of the team, your main responsibilities will include: Perform MIG welding on mild steel and galvanised Sheetmetal components Interpret and follow fabrication drawings and specifications accurately Weld and assemble ductwork, frames, and structural supports used in HVAC systems Conduct visual inspections to maintain weld quality and compliance Operate safely and maintain welding equipment in good condition Work collaboratively with other trades in the fabrication workshop About You To be successful in this opportunity you will possess the following: Trade qualification in Fabrication or Welding 1st Class Welder certification with Weld Australia ticket Proven experience with MIG welding in a manufacturing or Sheetmetal environment Ability to read and work from workshop drawings High attention to detail and commitment to safety Available on short notice and open for 5 days per week Benefits Join the Staff Australia team today. $50 p/hr DAY shift Weekly pay Immediate start Supportive and inclusive work environment How to apply If this sounds like the opportunity you have been looking for click APPLY now.
