This leadership position attracts a POR 2 allowance of $11,611 on top of teaching step [eg Step 10 teachers receive $125,789]. This College wide faculty leadership role has three significant responsibilities: the building of a cohesive and committed faculty team the development, articulation and implementation of the vision of the faculty support of students, staff and parents through appropriate information collation and dissemination across the year levels All teachers are expected to support the Christian ethos of the College.
