This role is designed to improve access to health services and address existing care gaps through a flexible and innovative community-based model of care. As a clinical leader and expert in your field, you will provide comprehensive health assessments, deliver advanced clinical care, and collaborate with the wider health care team to plan, implement and evaluate patient care. Your contribution will be central to supporting best practice and achieving optimal health outcomes for the community. The role also provides an opportunity to contribute professional leadership, innovation, and expertise in service delivery while working within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. For applicants appointed as a Transitional Nurse Practitioner, the position offers a provisional period of up to three years to meet the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) requirements for nurse practitioner endorsement.
