About The Opportunity As Application Support Officer of our ServiceNow team at eHealth NSW, you will provide systems administration and support for the day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for application systems administration, application support, problem solving, responding to requests on State Wide Service Desk, testing, ServiceNow Projects and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. The Support Officer ensures compliance with a strong focus on customer service in accordance with service level agreements for HealthShare NSW, eHealth NSW and NSW Health Agency customers. As an integral part of ServiceNow Application Support team, you will: Provide operational support for ServiceNow users, including transaction entry assistance, general support, troubleshooting, implementing workarounds, conducting daily system checks, and helping with reportingInvestigate production issues in non-production environments and collaborate with senior team members to find solutionsEnhance ServiceNow proficiency by sharing knowledge, coaching, and mentoring peersDocument and develop procedures to address new issuesProactively identify business risks and opportunities to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness About You We are seeking motivated and committed individuals with: Demonstrated experience in providing application support in a large and complex/diverse service industry organisation in ServiceNow or similar toolsServiceNow certified system administrator highly regardedDemonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approachProgramming knowledge in JavaScript is highly desirable Need more information?
