About The Role eApproval is an online application which enables the end-to-end document management and workflow solution of all briefs, Ministerials and correspondence. The application enables NSW Health’s vision for a digitally enabled workplace with streamlined management of approvals. We are looking for a Change and Adoption Lead to join the eApproval program team to drive the high-level buy-in and adoption through the development of change management strategies and roadmaps, leading the implementation of change activities throughout the program/project lifecycle and working in collaboration with other stakeholders to meet program/project schedules and objectives. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and direct Change and Adoption activities to contribute to the successful delivery of program/project key milestones and outcomes aligned to a performance-based, innovative, responsive and accountable customer-focussed work culture. Facilitate and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to support collaboration and the exchange of information to build on new and existing relationships, influence outcomes, and enhance organisational capacity to manage change in a continuous improvement environment. Provide expert advice on the change impact of proposed products, solutions, functionality or workflows will have for staff utilising quantitative and qualitative methods; and facilitate the development of strategies and tactics to address gaps, risks and issues. Collaborate with program and project teams, to integrate change management activities into the overarching program and project plan and schedules, and for the execution of these activities by front line managers and business leaders. About You We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with: You are a collaborative and talented leader with a successful track record in leading medium to large scale change management programs/projects in a large complex customer centric fast paced organisation.You have experience in creating and executing change artefacts to support project goals, including working with stakeholders to build plans across change, communications, coaching and training, resistance management and business readiness.You have strong influencing skills, proficient in building and maintaining effective relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, across all levels of an organisation.You maintain a high standard of work including navigate competing deadlines and priorities.You are a team player with a can-do attitude and remain composed and calm and act constructively in highly pressured and unpredictable environments.Experience in leading statewide program across NSW Health is preferred.
