The School Leadership Team (SLT) comprises the Principal, Deputy Principal, Dean of Student Wellbeing, Dean of Teaching & Learning, and Business Manager. The Position Hillbrook is seeking a permanent full-time Head of Learning Innovation to commence in January 2026. The Head of Learning Innovation will be an outstanding and experienced teacher and leader with the ability to lead, support, and influence others in the creative integration of learning technologies in the classroom. The Head of Learning Innovation will also play a crucial role in supporting the Dean of Teaching & Learning in the design and implementation of a dynamic professional learning program for teachers, focused on growth across the AITSL teaching standards and leadership development continuum. This position reports to the Dean of Teaching & Learning and works closely with the School Leadership Team, Director of ICT, Curriculum and System Manager, and Coordinators, and is a member of the Education Leadership Team and the ICT Steering Committee.
