Role accountabilities include: Provide accurate guidance to customers on waste classification, separation practices, reuse opportunities, and account-related enquiries. Operate electronic toll booth systems efficiently, ensuring accurate transaction recording and reporting. Process customer payments and coordinate with Finance for invoicing and reconciliation. Support recycling initiatives by collaborating with the Resource Recovery Tip Shop. Maintain and improve operational procedures through updates to the Toll Booth Operations Manual.
