Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, you'll be their right hand - stepping up to support team performance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence across the clinic. DUTIES No two days are the same, but your role will include: Coordinating day-to-day clinic operations to ensure a seamless patient and client experience Supervising and supporting admin/reception staff - leading by example Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and performance support Embedding a strong culture of customer service and professionalism General reception and administration duties (phones, bookings, invoicing, etc.) Processing medical bookings and assessments Managing results and administering health questionnaires This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your existing admin experience, step into leadership, and grow in a fast-paced healthcare environment. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS We're after someone with: Strong administrative experience (healthcare background preferred but not essential) Some previous team leadership or supervisory experience (reception, admin or similar roles) A proactive, people-first mindset - you're a motivator and a problem-solver Excellent communication and organisational skills Confidence using computers and software systems (Clarity/Best Practice experience a bonus!)
