Overview: About the Role: Wallenius Wilhelmsen is seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our friendly and professional team in Kewdale, working on brand-new heavy vehicles and equipment to bring them to an automotive standard and finish. You’ll also occasionally work on crane refurbishments, adding variety to your day-to-day tasks. Job Description What You’ll Be Doing: Paint DG blends, chase painting, scratch repairs, and small bog repairs Mix and apply 2K paint finishes to trucks, vans, tractors, and cranes Carry out paint repairs to the highest standard based on written and verbal instructions Conduct thorough inspections on customer equipment following work instructions Maintain minimal rework and meet quoted KPI timeframes Complete all required paperwork accurately and take accountability for work quality Keep work areas clean and tidy to reflect the WWL brand image Promote and adhere to the company’s OH&S systems, procedures, and policies Train and induct new employees, sharing knowledge and ideas to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency Respond to reasonable requests within your scope of training or knowledge Ensure all work meets or exceeds customer expectations Job Requirements What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for a team player with a strong work ethic and a great sense of humour—someone who can stay focused and get the job done during busy periods.
