About the Role Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, supporting four experienced financial advisers, alongside our client service team. This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, a friendly manner, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth Prepare and print client review packs and documentation Scan, file, and organise paperwork efficiently Maintain accurate client records in internal systems and provider platforms Provide general office and administrative support to the team What We’re Looking For We’d love to hear from you if you bring: 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or office support role (financial services experience is desired, but not required) Microsoft Office skills; experience with XPlan and financial service platforms is a plus Excellent organisational and time management skills High attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident manner A genuine desire to work as part of a collaborative team and contribute to a positive workplace culture Why Join Us?
