About the Role: We’re after someone with genuine hospitality in their heart, a love of quality coffee, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, beautiful environment. You’ll be serving up coffee by day and working within a team that transitions into an elegant, buzzing space for wine, cocktails, and tapas by night. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years of specialty coffee experience Latte art is an absolute must Confident on a busy machine with speed, precision, and consistency A warm, professional presence — great with customers and teammates alike Availability for 30 hours a week , including weekends (more available for the right candidate) Ability to support smooth daily service and maintain high standards Interest in growing with us as we evolve Why Work at Stoa?
