About the role As part of the Community Events team, you’ll contribute to the delivery of over 800 events annually across Australia. Our team operates from nine locations nationwide, with varying levels of activity. This role requires a collaborative mindset and the ability to support the wider national team, not just the local division. For this role, you will also be expected to actively support events on the East Coast, requiring flexibility to accommodate time zone differences. From time to time, this may involve early starts to align with Eastern states’ schedules, as well as occasional evening work to support community and professional development events. While we offer flexibility, you will be required to work from the Perth office at on average 2-3 days per week, preferably Tuesday to Thursday. Occasional interstate travel may be required to attend Professional Development meetings, or to support events in other states. While not frequent, this is an important aspect of the role. Location Perth, WA In this role you will: Coordinate and deliver high-quality professional development events. Support local and national event operations, including logistics and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with internal teams, volunteers, and office bearers to ensure seamless event execution. Provide AV and onsite support for events and meetings. Maintain accurate event data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
