As a vital member of the Kendo Field Team, this seasonal casual role is responsible for elevating in-store sales through exceptional customer service and fostering enduring relationships with Beauty Advisors and store leadership. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Driving Sales & Event Support: Surpass sales targets and event goals while delivering unparalleled customer service. Cultivate brand awareness and attract new customers through product demonstrations. Provide support during store-level educational events, showcasing proficiency in multi-world selling. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Kendo Brands, serving as a leading authority on the product line. Visual Merchandising & Stock: Ensure visual merchandising is current, fully stocked, and conducive to client engagement. Maintain gondolas to Kendo standards, ensuring cleanliness and proper display of testers. Communicate inventory and gondola needs promptly to the Kendo Team. Managing Relationships: Foster strong relationships with in-store teams and store leadership. Demonstrate a collaborative and positive approach to work. Uphold professionalism and effective communication at all times. About You: 2 years of Beauty Experience, preferably within Sephora. Passion for skincare highly regarded. Demonstrated success in meeting individual retail targets through exceptional customer service. Flexibility in work hours to accommodate peak customer shopping times and promotional events. Passionate about beauty with a desire to learn and excel. Proficiency in selling and providing exceptional customer service. Ability to report metrics and KPIs post-store visits while sharing competitive insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
