We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team and assist with a variety of administrative and compliance-related tasks. About the Role This role will suit someone who enjoys working with detail, keeping things organised, and supporting quality outcomes. You will provide day-to-day administrative support while assisting with compliance-related activities such as maintaining records, preparing documents, and supporting audit readiness. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, registers, and filing systems. Assist with preparing and organising documents for compliance and audits. Support the upkeep of policies, procedures, and staff training records. Provide administrative support including data entry, scheduling, and document control. Liaise with internal staff to collect and organise information as needed. General office administration duties to support the smooth running of the College. About You Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Previous administration experience, ideally with exposure to compliance-related areas. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office. A proactive and reliable team player with a willingness to learn. Why Join Us?
