About the opportunity We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a transformative, company-wide information management uplift. This role is pivotal in designing, building, and implementing an information management strategy, including migration to SharePoint and embedding data governance practices across a diverse group. Key Responsibilities: Lead the migration to SharePoint, ensuring smooth data transfer, permission settings, and user adoption. Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery of technical work packages. Act as the key Steadfast lead with external vendors, managing deliverables, timelines, and costs. Provide governance and oversight, presenting project progress and risks to senior leadership and Steering Committees. Deliver project reporting that supports decision-making and highlights risks, dependencies, and insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance user experience during transition activities. Drive adoption of SharePoint and data governance practices across the business. Mentor and coach team members within EPMO frameworks to build capability and improve delivery practices. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in large-scale SharePoint migrations and data governance projects. Strong understanding of information architecture and data classification (e.g., SITs, sensitivity labels, DLP). Project Management certifications such as Agile, PMBOK, or Prince2. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, especially with senior leadership. Experience managing IT and business projects in fast-paced environments, ideally within fintech or IT sectors. Familiarity with project delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS DevOps, MS Project). Effective coaching and mentoring abilities to support team development. Knowledge of Agile, hybrid, and traditional project management methodologies.
