Maas Group is seeking a motivated and organised Repair Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you’ll coordinate make safes and repairs under $20K, ensuring each job runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll communicate regularly with insurance companies, clients, and trades, keeping everyone informed and the process efficient. About You: You’re organised, confident, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy problem-solving, building strong working relationships, and getting things done. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate make safes and minor repairs with a proactive and collaborative approach Communicate with insurance companies, clients, and trades throughout the process Update internal and external systems weekly to track progress Monitor hire equipment on site and support the Repair Supervisor and Coordinator as needed Preferred Skills and Experience: Background in the construction or insurance industry Strong communication and coordination skills Competent with Word, Excel, and Outlook Team-focused with a positive attitude and attention to detail Benefits and Perks : An opportunity to make an impact with a growing and forward-thinking ASX company.
