The Role: Develop and execute 2–5-year strategic account plans to maximise value and margin. Build and manage long-term partnerships with major builders, developers, and industry influencers. Lead tender submissions and contract negotiations, ensuring strong commercial outcomes. Align regional execution with national strategy through collaboration. Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to protect performance and relationships. Influence industry best practices through thought leadership and engagement. Support product and digital initiatives by aligning customer needs with evolving offerings. Champion safety and compliance through our Zero Harm and Integrated Risk Management System. What you need to be successful: 5 years in senior B2B sales or Key Account Management. Strong critical thinking and communication skills to influence effectively. Ability to translate data into actionable insights that creates value. Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment while fostering team success. Proven experience managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders. Skilled in negotiation and navigating complex sales cycles. Deep understanding of value-based selling and solution development.
