This role has a strong emphasis on project management, overseeing budgets, project schedules, forecasting, and ensuring property projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. W hat you will be doing Lead the end-to-end project management process for new site identification, acquisition, design, fit-out, establishment, and major refurbishments, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with RASA's strategic objectives. Develop and manage project schedules, resources, and risks for all property-related initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Lead and manage all lease negotiations, renewals, new lease agreements, and associated compliance, including maintenance planning and execution. Ensure all buildings meet essential service maintenance requirements and WHS compliance, actively managing property-related risks, insurance coverage, and deficiency rectification protocols. Develop and manage strategic supplier contracts for all major property services, leading vendor selection, negotiation, and performance management. Act as a key point of contact for executive leadership on property-related projects, providing regular reports and project updates. Engage in effective and senior-level interaction and negotiation with service providers, regulatory authorities, government bodies, and internal stakeholders on project and operational goals.
