The Role: Your Expertise We need an expert in Employment and Industrial Relations to be the primary advisor and coach to our managers. This autonomous role requires deep technical skill to manage complex employee matters, ensure legal compliance, and lead policy improvement. Key Focus Areas: ER/IR Management: Resolve complex employee disputes, conflict, and disciplinary matters. Policy & Governance: Develop and improve HR policies and procedures Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment law, the SCHADS Award, and NDIS standards. Strategic Support: Drive key organisational change projects. What You'll Bring You must have deep, current knowledge of Australian employment law and proven experience managing complex ER/IR cases. Advanced problem-solving and highly professional communication skills are essential. Mandatory Compliance: NSW Driver’s Licence, current WWCC, and NDISWC. Salary & Benefits (Level 6 SCHADS) Competitive Salary: Level 6 SCHADS Award 12% Super.
