Job Description As an Operations Consultant within our Workforce Solutions team, you’ll be the go-to person for matching nurses to client shifts quickly and effectively. You’ll engage with both new and existing staff, build strong client relationships, and help keep Australia’s healthcare system running smoothly. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that blends customer service, coordination, and problem-solving. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, initiative, and a great sense of humour. Day to day! Rapidly fill client shift requests to ensure high service delivery and satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with nurses and healthcare clients. Proactively engage available candidates and convert new registrations into active shift workers. Work closely with recruitment and after-hours teams to ensure smooth placements. Maintain accurate records and communication in internal systems. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to business growth. Lets talk about you!
