Medical Waste Driver Employment Type: Initial 3-month casual position with potential to transition to permanent, direct with the client. Location: Yatala, QLD Duties & responsibilities Engage in physically demanding tasks, including the lifting and movement of heavy medical waste bins up to 30kg Safely and punctually deliver medical waste bins to various healthcare facilities and collection points according to assigned routes and schedules. Efficiently load and unload medical waste bins onto and from the delivery vehicle Provide excellent customer service during deliveries Follow established safety procedures and protocols to minimize risk Effectively communicate with the dispatch team, supervisors, and other relevant personnel to relay information about deliveries, delays, or any other issues that may arise Skills & experience HR Drivers Licence (essential) Forklift Licence (desirable) Current National Police Clearance Good work ethic and commitment to safety Physically capable of lifting and handling heavy items, including bins up to 30kg, safely and efficiently Benefits Immediate start available – start earning and gaining experience right away. Flexible schedule working mostly Monday – Friday (8 – 12-hour shifts), with opportunities to earn extra with penalties and occasional weekend and public holiday shifts.
