Duties & Responsibilities As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a key role in connecting exceptional people with meaningful opportunities. You'll collaborate closely with business leaders as a trusted partner to understand current and future talent needs, turning these insights into practical strategies that attract and hire top talent. From the moment a role is approved to the day a new hire starts, you'll own the entire recruitment journey ensuring every step is seamless, efficient, and engaging. You'll design and deliver tailored recruitment approaches across different areas, whether it's early careers, executive hiring, technical roles, or contractor placements. Along the way, you'll champion great candidate and stakeholder experiences, using your expertise to guide decision-making and strengthen our employer brand. You'll also help shape key programs like campus recruitment and internships, ensuring we continue to bring in talented, passionate people who make an impact from day one Skills & Experience For significant areas of the organisation, create Talent Acquisition strategies, adapting as required to accommodate changes in business and other objectives. Engages with business leaders to understand evolving business and staffing requirements. Leads local and/or broader Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as required. Provides expert level support in one area as described below: Talent Acquisition / External Recruiting Identifies candidates for a variety of critical, difficult-to-fill and/or high-volume positions within more challenging teams or markets. Adapts practices to address emerging challenges and concerns. Regularly guides the business on appropriate recruiting, negotiation and close practices and techniques. Develops, oversees and tracks plans to address diversity talent acquisition needs. Manages external agency recruiters, addressing and resolving performance issues and other concerns. Campus / Early Career May serve as the company's primary source of information and contact for a designated university (or universities). Determines when and where executive-level support and engagement is required. Contributes to the company's overall campus strategy development. Assists with design and structuring of the overall Unisys intern / co-op and related program development. Addresses issues escalated from less experienced colleagues, business representatives and early career program participants. Contract Management Works with the business to identify, select and employ contract individuals for high-level, high-impact positions. Works with business representative to ensure that the contract program is managed within budget and remains true to its intent - provision of short-term staff to meet specific business requirements.
