Bill Payment, Digital Partnership and Card Alliance. Liaise with international payment companies to explore the new digital channel products and services. Conduct industry analysis to gain insight into markets and competitors. Engage and onboard for new/exiting big and/or popular bill payment. Write test plan, define test scope and perform end-to-end testing to ensure the quality of the card; also end user deliveries. Manage digital channel products/services profitability and growth (Card, Bill Payment, Digital Partnership and Card Alliance). Work directly with the Banks and IT Teams (Network, Infrastructure, Core-Banking) to provide functional support for their day-to-day digital channel service operation. Day-to-Day Card Embossing Operations / administrations on user access management). Improve products and services in order to acquire/retain clients and gain market shares. Deliver successful digital products/services; engagements, addressing our clients’ challenges, deliver lasting and distinctive outcomes and value around digital banking. Connect and testing to ensure Integration service is up working before lease to public. Support Maintain relationship with partner and bill payment. Work closely with the Compliance, Risk and Strategy & Planning team to roll out new projects/procedures. Provide support on investigations and resolution of issues relating to digital channel products and services. Review and handle reported complaints and issues related Digital Channel products and services. Perform basic troubleshooting and handle the operations of different systems / applications, and report any errors or bugs and participate in work around and applying solutions. Prepare monthly transactional reports related to Card, ATM, Bill Payment, Digital Partner and relevant analysis reports as assigned for internal management team and regulator.
