More at acmi.net.au About the role Join ACMI as a Retail Sales Lead and promote and sell ACMI Shop products, present the Shop via visual merchandising, undertake stock control, general administration and complete end of day reconciliations. We have lots of fun merchandise in our Shop and need your enthusiasm, passion and retail experience to provide exceptional customer service and be our Shop expert. This role is part-time fixed term until May 2027 (21 hours/week). What you'll bring to the role Experience working in sales, ideally in a high-volume retail environment. A demonstrated passion for achieving targets and a talent for promoting products via visual merchandising. Proven ability to operate computerised point of sale systems, accurately manage transactions, and reconciliation of daily takings. Strong personal commitment to the delivery of high-quality visitor service within a retail/arts environment. Proven capacity to operate calmly and effectively in an environment of high visitor volumes whilst simultaneously ensuring accurate working and the safety of the public. Applicants with a current valid Victorian Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain one plus the flexibility to work weekend and weekday shifts. What we offer Part-time fixed term role until May 2027 (21 hours/week, we are flexible with the days worked). Grade 2.2 with a starting salary of $70,086 pro rata plus super & allowances.
