An exciting new role has been created to help us achieve our international growth plans. We're seeking an accomplished Sales Director to work directly with the CEO to scale the business and grow sales in key global markets. The role will involve expanding market share for both Wholesale and Retail in line with the company strategy relating to new markets and segments. The ideal candidate will be an experienced E-Commerce leader with strong distribution experience and commercial acumen, they will drive sales growth together with cost efficiencies to increase profitability. You'll also need proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and e-commerce platforms to succeed in this role. Building and maintaining strong relationships in the equine industry globally is key. Previous experience in the equine industry is highly desirable, however candidates with strong agricultural, animal health, or specialist retail experience will also be considered This role will require international travel. Essential Skills and Experience: 10 years of senior sales leadership experience Proven track record in scaling businesses internationally Strong commercial acumen with experience in both wholesale and retail channels Experience in e-commerce and digital sales strategies Knowledge of distribution networks and market expansion Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Professional sales qualifications or certifications preferred Work Eligibility: Right to work in Australia Valid passport and ability to travel internationally Background check may be required
