We are looking for a professional and dynamic medical receptionist to join our team. The role involves greeting and booking patients, billing and invoicing, responding to patient inquiries, managing correspondence and office supplies, and tidying duties. The position requires multi-tasking and providing a high level of customer service. This is a casual position with expected availability 1-2 days per week, Wednesday and Friday only. A first-aid certificate is compulsory. Highly regarded skills, attributes, and experience include: Prior experience as a medical receptionist Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Familiarity with using medical software such as Gentu. On-site training will be available.
