Your Role Key responsibilities include: Attending weekly Marketing and Publicity team WIPs Reviewing daily Social Diary EDM for new contacts, product launches, and publicity opportunities; reporting key headlines weekly Creating publicity post screening event reports Collating review links and screening reactions for global reports on opening day Managing Central Diary bookings Providing general administrative assistance Updating Media examples database Pitching targeted grassroots promotions for film releases Continually updating the Publicity Database including media, influencers, and reviewers Researching potential partners for film promotions, competitor activity, media monitoring, and influencer reach Researching major sporting, seasonal, and music events for publicity tie-ins Sourcing leads to refine pitch lists for the Publicity team Handling prize fulfillment and sending merchandise and passes to winners and partners Providing administrative and event support at screenings and premiere events Attending and signing in reviewer screenings Assisting with guest lists and creating cheat sheets for premiere events Sending screening invitations and setting up ticketing system SPLASH About You The company is looking for candidates with: Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with strong prioritization Ability to take initiative and work independently Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude Availability to assist with evening screening events Currently undertaking university study in communications or marketing-based discipline Passion for the film industry Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (visa sponsorship not available) A 9-month commitment from February 2026 to November 2026 How to Apply Applicants must include a cover letter stating the month and year of graduation, reasons for wanting to work at NBCUniversal, and what they can contribute to the role.
