This hands-on role will see you leading project delivery, coordinating teams, liaising with clients, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard. You’ll be involved in estimating, lift planning, scheduling, and overseeing daily operations—making a real impact on both our team and our clients. Key Duties & Responsibilities Prepare accurate estimates, costings, and budgets for projects. Develop and produce lift plans and other project-specific documentation. Create and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Coordinate site works, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resources. Manage project scope, risks, and variations, keeping stakeholders informed. Ensure compliance with WHS, company policies, and site-specific requirements. Conduct site meetings and provide regular project progress reports. Oversee quality assurance to ensure projects are delivered to standard. Maintain client relationships and act as the key point of contact for all project-related matters. Skills & Experiences Previous experience in project management within construction/engineering (or your industry). Proven ability to manage budgets, costs, and deadlines effectively. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions under pressure
