About Our Client Known for having a team of astute business minds and a keen eye for a profitable deal, our client has multiple business interests including property development. They are responsible for some of Australia’s best luxury residential developments with the next project being a luxury mixed-use project consisting of apartments, penthouses, short-term accommodation, and resident and guest amenities. The Opportunity Due to the new project, a position has become available for an experienced Development Manager to join the team. This is an incredibly important role in the business as you will be responsible for the full life cycle of the project. Key responsibilities include: Lead Projects, Managing Timelines, Budgets, & Delivery Strategies Site Acquisition, Conduct Feasibility Studies, & Planning Analysis Prepare & Monitor Budgets, Cash Flows, & Feasibility Models Liaise with Consultants, Contractors, & Authorities Project Reports, & Submissions for Leadership & External Stakeholders Who We’re Looking For To be considered for this role it is essential that you have a minimum of five year’s experience as a Development Manager, ideally in the luxury residential and mixed-use space.
