Anila Recruitment is a specialist talent agency in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) and Early Years Education. We partner with reputable Not-for-Profit (NFP) and purpose-driven organisations in the sector. This full-time position (38 hours per week) offers the opportunity to mentor and guide a young, enthusiastic team while ensuring high-quality care and engaging programs for up to 75 children. Hours of Work (During School Term): Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 10:00am (includes 1 hour admin) Monday to Friday: 1:30pm – 6:00pm 13 hours of admin time per week (including 1.5-hour staff meeting) Vacation Care: Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:30pm (5 hours in ratio, 3 hours admin) Your Responsibilities Assist in leading the OSHC service, supporting a team of 2 full-time, 2 part-time, and 4 casual educators. Mentor and guide a young, developing team, promoting positive behaviour management and inclusive practices. Collaborate with the Coordinator and leadership team to deliver engaging, play-based programs aligned with the My Time, Our Place framework. Support daily operations, compliance, and administration tasks. Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community. Uphold all NSW licensing, safety, and compliance requirements. About You Proven experience in an OOSH or OSHC leadership role (Assistant Coordinator, 2IC, or Educational Leader). Strong understanding of compliance, regulations, and quality frameworks. Confident in conducting or discussing spot checks and documentation. Demonstrated experience in behaviour guidance and inclusion support. Excellent communication, organisation, and mentoring skills. Must hold a current driver’s licence.
