ABOUT THE ROLE This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-driven Conveyancer or Junior Lawyer to join a growing property practice and support the delivery of high-quality conveyancing services. With full flexibility and no billable hour pressure, this role is perfect for someone looking to build on their early-career experience while maintaining balance outside of work. Reporting to the Principal Lawyer and Legal Team Leader, you will: Manage your own conveyancing matters from instruction through to settlement Assist in the preparation and review of Contracts of Sale and Section 32 Vendor Statements Conduct searches, liaise with councils, water authorities and other stakeholders Handle PEXA transactions and coordinate with lenders and agents Maintain strong communication with clients throughout all stages of the transaction Ensure file management, compliance and key deadlines are met Contribute to a positive, collaborative remote-working environment ABOUT YOU You will have: 1 years of conveyancing experience (residential experience essential) Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and PEXA Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently Tech-savvy approach and willingness to learn under guidance from senior staff A client-focused mindset and attention to detail BENEFITS End-of-year bonuses and tailored incentives available No billable hour targets - focus on outcomes and client service Work-from-home with technology provided Supportive and collaborative culture Genuine career development with mentoring from experienced conveyancers
