The Company: This brilliant Events Supplier deliver premium services for some of Australia's most renowned and prestigious events. Working in partnership with global brands, events, agencies and venues to execute seamless activations and events in NSW and across the country, they are looking for a Senior Event Manager to join their team. Position Terms: Full-time, permanent role Working 4 days in the office, 1 from home Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 plus super The Role: The Senior Event Manager will take ownership of assigned events, managing all logistical, operational and administrative aspects. From initial planning to post-event financial reporting, the Senior Event Manager plays a key role in ensuring each event is executed efficiently, safely and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities include; Lead the end-to-end delivery of major outdoor and festival events, with a focus on multi-site operations and high-volume service environments. Oversee all event logistics, site planning, layouts, staffing, and operations. Manage procurement, supplier negotiations, and delivery schedules to meet strict timelines. Develop and implement alcohol management plans; prepare and manage liquor licensing applications. Lead onsite delivery, including bump-in/out, infrastructure setup, and WHS compliance. Manage event budgets, P&L, and post-event reporting. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, suppliers, and staff. The Candidate: The successful candidate will have experience working within the events industry, ideally within an Events Supplier or Hospitality environment and have experience managing greenfields and festival sites. Strong logistics management, operations management, and relationship management skills are essential for this role. Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex event logistics. Proactive in anticipating challenges with the ability to take initiative and think on your feet. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. Proven capability to work within a team at a senior level. Proven capability to provide leadership, management and accountability for casual staff working on assigned events. Ability to take ownership of event outcomes whilst maintaining financial and operational responsibilities. Extensive knowledge of alcohol management plans, liquor licensing processes and event compliance is ideal. Understanding of WHS principles, with a commitment to upholding the highest safety standards when on site.
